NEW FEATURES
- Added support for downloading and uploading files for offline usage in mobile layout (Supported in Android 2 only via Giscuit connector)
- Added a progress bar for offline downloading and synchronization processes
- Added device orientation support, the device acts now as a compass and shows it’s current orientation (Supported in Android 2 only via Giscuit connector)
- It is now possible to undo an action by vertex while adding a feature
- Maximum gps accuracy (set per layer in Administrator panel) is now checked when adding or editing a vertex using current geolocation, if current precision exceeds the defined one the user is prompted with a confirmation

- It is now possible to delete a file attached to a feature

BUG FIXES
- Large images are now properly resized to match the screen width in desktop layout
- Masking plugin now properly works via WMS
- Masking plugin now properly works with Editing
- Map window is now scaled to device screen size on the mobile Chrome browser
- Features that were updated in offline and then deleted are now properly deleted when synchronized
- gt.map.maxExtent is now used instead of gt.map.getMaxExtent to avoid getting wrong max extent values from 3rd party base layers
- When creating a new database table with a column with no type a proper error message is displayed
- Edit option was erroneously added to un-editable layers in Layers tool mobile layout
- Files with no extension can now be properly downloaded
- Upon going from offline to online modes with an expired session a proper error message is shown followed by a redirect
